MERLHEART wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Return eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
Sale items, underwear, and customised products may not be eligible unless defective.
How to request a return
Email Merlheart.official@gmail.com with your order number, reason, and photos if the item is defective.
We will provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Size or colour exchanges are subject to stock availability. Contact us before sending items back.
